The International Institute for Anti-Ageing (iiaa) has appointed Gareth Durbridge into a newly created role of Head of Customer Excellence. This role will further support the acceleration of the iiaa’s exponential 3-year growth strategy.
Gareth joins the iiaa after many years as Customer Loyalty Manager at Harrods. He is an accomplished leader in Customer Excellence, with a proven track record of successfully leading the operations and change management of multiple teams in delivering world-class, customer-centric services.
Gareth will be responsible for ensuring that the current culture of excellence and customer care is accelerated to new fields of business opportunity, as well as championing the customer ethos throughout every aspect of the iiaa business.
