Clarins outshines harmful rays with new collection

Luxury skin care company, Clarins, has unveiled a new High Performance Sun Care range consisting of 10 new protective formulas comprising only high level SPF 30 and SPF 50+ protection for face and body. Additionally, it has also introduced two new After Sun formulas incorporating the latest technological and botanical advances to protect and preserve the skin.

One of the brand’s key formulas included is its new SunFilterComplex to protect the skin from UVA and UVB rays. The filters works by absorbing the sun’s rays before they penetrate the skin offering double protection against the harmful rays. Next, is the introduction SunPlantComplex, designed to preserve the skin’s youthful beauty. Its specific cellular protection complements the filters’ action to help prevent signs of photo-ageing caused by UVA rays and dehydrated skin. The skin’s defences are reinforced, and it is protected from premature ageing.

Furthermore, to respect the environment, all of the packaging for the Clarins new High Performance Sun Care Collection has been eco-designed. Each tube and bottle is made from recycled plastic, and the outer cartons and inserts are printed on paper sourced from sustainably managed forests, limiting its impact on today’s environment.

The new collection includes five products offering sun protection for the face using SPF 30 and SPF 50+. For the body, Clarins offer five comfortable and protective sun care products in SPF 30 and SPF 50+ available in cream, gel-to-oil, lotion or oil formulas.

To soothe and comfort skin, the line-up includes two After Sun Care products for the face and body, which will also help to enhance and promote a longer-lasting tan.

Clarins High Performance Sun Care range is now available and is priced from £19 – £26.
