Acqua di Parma has launched a new attractive digital version of the brand’s values, acquadiparma.com, which is a sophisticated and user-friendly online boutique that is already active in 18 different countries and in five different languages – Italian, English, French, German and Spanish.
The new website conveys a sensation of radiant warmth and graceful elegance, with the main aim of the platform is offering a continuous, highly personalised customer experience.
Just like in the boutiques, customers will be able to purchase bespoke gift boxes featuring hot-stamped monograms and decorations, or opt for the bottle engraving service embellishing their purchases with elegant gift-wrapping paper and fabric sleeves and pouches.
Meanwhile, customers can also book their favourite services from the extensive Barberia menu – from a traditional shave to a prestige shave, or even a hand massage – through the website and Facebook. Furthermore, with just one click, through their personal account on the Acqua di Parma website, customers can buy their favourite products over and over again.
The company’s website’s expansion will focus on single-channel marketing, with tight integration between online and offline sales, with the introduction of a Click & Collect service, which will allow customers to order their preferred products on the website and collect them in-store.
